Friday, June 29: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday, June 30: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Half-Price Sale on Saturday, except furniture and jewelry priced as marked. Clothing and accessories not reduced.

Your donations for the Garage Sale make it possible to provide tuition assistance for students at Aurora Catholic Grammar Schools. Eight students in six families will be supported in the 2018-2019 academic year. We will succeed through your generosity!

Donations of new or gently used items are needed, including clothing, jewelry, books, CDs, tapes/DVDs, artwork, collectibles, linens, dishes and kitchen items, small appliances, toys, sporting goods, electronics, indoor and outdoor furniture, tools. We ask your understanding that we can only accept what we can expect to sell or what the charities will accept from us. The Parish Center must be emptied when the sale is over, and the parish dumpsters can only hold so much.

Please do not donate: encyclopedias or textbooks; exercise equipment; used mattresses, box springs, or waterbeds; large entertainment centers or TV consoles; Christmas items; old televisions or monitors (flat screens ARE accepted); drop- side cribs or bumper pad sets; car seats older than 6 years; animal cages; large glass tanks; chandeliers; chemicals or flammables; cornices; custom window treatments or draperies; computer desks; tires; stained furniture.

Please donate only items that are clean and in good condition; no dumpster candidates! Test all electrical items to make sure that they work, and, if they do, label them “working.” We appreciate your help in doing this.

Drop off at Parish Center:
Saturday, June 23: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Sunday, June 24: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Monday – Wednesday, June 25 – June 27: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Furniture pickup can be requested for Wednesday, June 25. Call Sandy at 630-961-0232. (Absolute deadline is Tuesday, June 24, at noon.)

Volunteers are needed throughout the week to receive, sort, price, and tag items and for furniture pickup (and volunteers are able to shop early!). We especially need a rental truck and/or drivers with a pickup truck or van and teens/adults who are able to lift furniture. During the sale, help is needed to assist shoppers, collect money and package goods; and then cleanup after the sale. Sign up with your family and friends. Great opportunity for teen service hours on the sale days and furniture pickup! Have fun; make friends; and shop! Many hands are needed!
