DIRECTIONS
Thank you for choosing to register your family for our Religious Education Program! This year, you have two options for registering your family. If you would like to use our paper form, please read the PreK-8 cover letter or the high school letter and fill out and return this registration form to our office along with your payment. The address is: Religious Education Office, St. Margaret Mary Parish, 1450 Green Trails Drive, Naperville, IL 60540.
To register and pay electronically, save the fillable form and send it to [email protected] via email and use the forms below to pay online. REGISTRATION FEES
Please choose the appropriate registration fee below based on the number of children you are registering. After you have entered your registration fees, please choose Continue Shopping to select any Sacramental Fees. You may update your shopping cart at any time.
SACRAMENTAL FEES
For every child receiving a sacrament this year, you must pay a separate Sacramental Fee. Second graders will receive two sacraments, reconciliation and first Holy Communion, so two sacramental fees are required.
