St. Margaret Mary is seeking a Parish Secretary (30 hours per week), to provide a variety of general administrative duties for the parish, including: producing the parish bulletin, coordinating arrangements for funerals, weddings & baptisms, receiving registrations, record keeping, ordering liturgical supplies, and preparing electronic communications. Secretarial experience with good typing skills, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Familiarity with a large Catholic parish environment is much desired. This position requires self-direction, sensitivity to confidentiality, excellent people skills, and an ability to work in a team environment.
